Nogales PD asking for public's help locating missing man

NOGALES, AZ (Tucson News Now) - The Nogales Police Department is asking for the public's help finding a missing man.

Daniel Ernesto Mendoza, 60, has not been seen in four days, according to officials with Nogales PD.

He was last seen walking away from his house on Thursday, April 28, heading east from Royal Road in Nogales, AZ.  Mendoza was last seen wearing a baseball hat and may have been wearing dark or camouflage-patterned clothing.

According to his family, Mendoza suffers from a mental condition that causes him to lose awareness of his surroundings, he takes medication for this condition.

Mendoza likes to hunt and has been known to frequent the Washington Camp area, Harshaw Valley, and Duquesne Road/Kino Springs area of rural Nogales, Arizona.
